Your copy of the training plan will be imported into your profile via the TrainingPeaks online platform for automatic syncing to your Garmin GPS watch. In order for us to facilitate this importation, we will need you to set up your own profile on the TrainingPeaks platform and connect to A-Team Coaching online HERE. Please note that the free version of TrainingPeaks is sufficient. Once our TrainingPeaks accounts are linked, you will receive your virtual training plan within your TrainingPeaks calendar within 24-hours.

This plan assumes that you have already qualified for next year’s race. Provision has, however, been made for two marathon training runs, one of which could be used as a qualifying marathon.
The scheduled dates, and suggested marathons, are as follows:
15/16 February 2025
- Sasol Secunda Marathon (MP); and
- Peninsula Marathon (WP).
8/9 March 2025
- Kosmos 3-in-1 (marathon only) (MP);
- VBK Surrender Hill Marathon (FS); and
- Umgeni Water Marathon (KZN).
