Hoping to break 4h00 / 5h00 at the 2025 Cape Town Marathon? Looking for a training plan designed to make you faster and stronger? Thought about working with a coach but also enjoy running with friends and joining the club time trial? We can help!

Subscribe to A-Team Coaching’s sub 4h00 / 5h00 Marathon Training Plan. For just R999 once off you will receive the following:

  • 16-week running plan designed to ensure you’ll be able to complete the race in under 4h00 / 5h00;
  • 14-week strength training plan designed to address instabilities and reduce your risk of injury; and
  • A pacing guide to help you through the race on 19 October 2025.

Our training plan is designed to start on Monday, 30 June 2025 and will terminate on race day, 19 October 2025.
